By joining VWMS, you receive far more than just the opportunity to experience ten wonderful concerts brimming with exceptional music.
Your membership places you in the privileged position of personally helping to advance the career of talented local young musicians. Becoming a brilliant musician is an expensive endeavour, and VWMS
Scholarship and Bursary funds provide invaluable assistance to the exceptional young people who earn them. Donations are always most appreciated, as well, and official tax receipts will be issued for amounts over $20.00.
There is magic in being involved. The young musicians first heard at our VWMS recitals may very well become world renowned performers later on in their careers. Imagine seeing them on stage at the Orpheum and being able to say that you played a role in the start of their journey!
Young musicians joining the Society will gain a unique perspective on recital repertoire and a deeper insight into the efforts of their peers and colleagues.
Ten concerts for less than the price of one Orpheum concert plus an opportunity to network with the Metro Vancouver music community!

membership application form (in .pdf format). Send us your completed application together with your cheque, and your membership card and information will be forwarded to you by return mail. Or, if you prefer, you may bring your completed application and payment to the Welcome Table prior to our next concert, and we will be happy to process your membership immediately.
